PULS
PULS is Point Mobile’s lifetime solution that extends the lifecycle of Point Mobile’s Android-based enterprise devices to seven years after product launch. Security fixes, enhancements and upgrades to newer Android versions (1) are provided for the lifetime of the device. This gives you the protection of your data and ensures you benefit from using the latest features of the Android operating system.
While the lifecycle of a consumer smartphone typically ends just two years after initial launch, PULS allows Point Mobile devices to extend service life and continuous maintenance.

PULS 7 years
Update your devices wirelessly
Our built-in FOTA (Firmware Over the Air) application allows you to install updates easily, quickly and reliably (3). Connect your device to a mobile or WiFi network nearby and check for the latest security updates or update to the latest version of Android with a single tap. There is no need to collect devices from the field and update them manually. There will be no downtime as users can carry out the installation themselves. All data remains safe on the device and the update only affects what needs to be changed.
